We currently have production team member positions available at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Blue Springs, MS Facility. Team Members are required to perform manufacturing duties that include repetitive motions, moderate lifting, the use of machinery, and working with small vehicle components. Team Member work duties are very physically demanding. Team Members work in a diverse team towards a common goal. Team Members are required to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Problem solving and continuously improving safety, quality and productivity are required from all Team Members.

Production Team Members are required to work rotating shifts. Rotating shifts are defined as working a day shift then a night shift set on a two week rotating schedule. Team members are also required to support daily overtime, including weekends. Work schedules, including shift changes, are subject to change by management at any time.

The starting wage is $13.47 per hour and a .65 cent per hour rotation premium is paid on 1st and 2nd shift. ResourceMFG offers an insurance package and vacation benefits.
