First Service Staffing

Hello, after reviewing these reviews I'd like to explain how Service First Staffing works. We are a permanent placement staffing agency which 90% of our business is based on temp to hire and direct hire. We are not the decision makers on who is offered a position. At Service First Staffing we merely prequalify candidates that have the skills and background the companies we work with are targeting. We submit the resume to our clients, if they want to meet with you only then we will cont...act you for an interview directly with the company. Can we call everyone back? Honestly no, we interview easily 200 + candidates a week. Not everyone is qualified to work at the available positions we have open. We are also very upfront in letting our candidates know if we will or will not be a good resource for them. We try our best to return calls, unfortunately we specialize in semi skilled and skilled trades. We apologize to anyone who did not understand our process and felt that our service was not helpful to them.
