Diversified Sourcing Solutions was founded as Dixie Staffing Services in 1989 with the goal of providing employees efficiently and effectively as our clients needed them. A strong sense of urgency and ownership throughout our staff enabled us to accomplish that goal. Maintaining multiple office locations in most of our markets facilitates a quick response for our clients' needs.

We have now evolved into a complete human resource solutions provider. Because we now offer so much more than staffing, in September of 2008 we changed our name to Diversified Sourcing Solutions to more accurately reflect the company we are today.

Diversified Sourcing Solutions offers short and long-term staffing, temporary-to-permanent placement, and direct hire options.

Vendor on Premise (VOP) plans offer on-site coordination to handle all of your temporary staffing needs with the convenience of a single point of contact.

We also offer an array of risk Management services including OSHA forklift certification, safety training, authorized OSHA training for 10-hour and 30-hour general industry courses, and OSHA compliance inspections. DSS will customize a risk management assessment program that fits your company's demands.

DSS also provides Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services allowing the employer to reduce its human resource responsibilities while improving employment law compliance.
