Link Staffing Services is currently seeking high-energy, Client Service Representatives/Recruiters for our Houston offices. This role is responsible for recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and successfully matching candidates to client profiles and fulfilling client orders for temporary, temp-to-hire, and specific full-time positions for light industrial, administrative, skill crafts and trades. This role also requires a candidate with excellent face-to-face customer service skills and loves to interact with people. Bilingual - English and Spanish is desired but not required.

Ability to proactively, source, screen, reference check, test, and successfully match high quality applicants (field staff) for light industrial, skilled crafts and trades positions within our client base according to Link standards.

Ensures all field staff has taken Link Staffing Services orientation after hiring process has been completed.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client and field staff.

Provide solutions when problems arise.

Prepares field staff with assignment requirements and site locations.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community, networking, and recruiting sources.

Maintains a consistent recruitment cycle and retains qualified field staff to ensure 100% of orders are filled.

Perform client visits at least once a week and when needed.

Requests daily feedback from field staff and clients regarding all job assignments.

Maintains all confidential documentation for field staff and clients files.

Process field staff timesheets and payroll.

Handles field staff accidents according to policy.

Perform client reporting requirements as needed.

Participates in rotation of on call schedule and responds to all calls according to standards.

Process all applicants according to Link standards, through screening, interviews, testing and reference checking.

Recruits, develops, and retains qualified field staff to fill 100% of orders.

Process field staff timesheets and payroll .

Process detailed job orders for clients, with emphasis on specific job tasks, equipment to be used, and special requirements of the client's work environment.
