Growing manufacturing company in Canonsburg, PA is in need of a dedicated, reliable, experienced, Receptionist. This exciting temp-hire opportunity will be responsible for being the first point of contact for clients and customers as well as visitors of the facility! 3-5 years experience working as a receptionist is required. This role consists of answering a multiline phone system, faxing, filing, greeting all whom enter the facility, making travel arrangements, maintaining spreadsheets and visitor logs, copying, and other general receptionist duties as requested. Applicants must feel comfortable being at their work station for their entire shift, not including lunch/restroom breaks which a staff member relieves the receptionist for. Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. All interested applicants will be tested on their proficiency of these programs. Pay for this role starts at $15-$16 per hour!

This position does require a background check and a hair follicle drug screening.

This position would include up to a 20% increase in compensation when you include the bonus structure, and profit sharing. This company also offers Health Insurance Benefits (No Deductible) and 401k!!

Warehouse – Working in a fast paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, must have knowledge of computer system and inventory programs. Requires recent Warehouse experience and a steady work history.

Electrical Assembly- Recent trade school graduated urged to apply, working on Industrial units, bench work along with larger scale assembly. Must be able to read prints, schematics experience a plus, good working with hands and working with hand power tools. Position requires the ability to work independently or as a part of a team, some bench work and some positions require more physical tasks. Those with construction and other assembly (in a industrial setting ) also urged to apply.

All positions require a 50 state background screening and drug testing.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Receive incoming merchandise properly by checking it against packing list information
-Quickly put incoming merchandise away
-Follow systems in place to manage inventory, equipment and security
-Strive to eliminate mistakes in Pulling and putting away stock
-Maintain the warehouse so it is free of trash and clutter- Schedule weekly cleaning

Applicants are preferred to have prior experience working in a warehouse environment. Applicants will be doing heavy lifting, pulling/picking tire orders using a pallet jack. This is very physically demanding work. In need of applicants that have the DRIVE to succeed, have a high level of ENERGY and PROFESSIONAL integrity, ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at one time as well as someone who can communicate effectively!

Hours: 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm & 2nd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
