Howard Berman, who began his career as a prosecutor with New York City’s District Attorney’s Office, has for the last 25 years been working in the vanguard of government affairs at the highest levels. Mr. Berman helped start the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Criminal Enforcement where he served as Deputy Director of the Criminal Enforcement Counsel Division.

On behalf of his clients, Mr. Berman has successfully negotiated numerous rule-making and compliance issues with federal, state and local environmental regulatory agencies. He has served as a top ranking executive with notable DC based government relations and lobbying firms; most recently as Senior Vice President of mCapitol Management where he co-directed the firm’s Energy and Environmental Practice.

Roseann Stevenson has an extensive track record of successfully achieving client goals using creative strategies for environmental, health, safety, and land use issues. She is experienced in representing a diverse range of businesses including, but not limited to, electronics, defense, aerospace, refining and marketing, oil and gas, and energy.

Ms. Stevenson previously led the environmental regulatory practice for the Los Angeles Office of one of the nation’s leading law firms. As the former Chief Deputy Director and General Counsel of the State of California Office of Administrative Law, Ms. Stevenson interacted regularly with the Legislature and virtually all state agencies, departments, boards, and commissions. She also coordinated government relations on all issues for the Western U.S. for a major energy company, and developed and executed integrated company advocacy on federal and state environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations nationwide.
