As the Watertown Branch Manager for Celerity, Bonnie sources, qualifies, and places candidates in local area businesses. Bonnie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the temporary staffing business. Bonnie is able to understand customer’s staffing needs from the client side because she was a Recruiting Manager in a manufacturing company.
Sue Estes
As Director of Business Services, Sue is responsible for all of Celerity’s services in office-based environments such as, customer service, insurance, financial services and much more. In addition Sue directs Celerity’s human resource consulting practice. A recruiting and human resources industry veteran, Sue has been with Celerity for over 14 years and has been an active leader in the state SHRM and SOCAP organizations.
Eric Gillitzer
As our Technical Services Branch Manager, Eric is responsible for all recruiting activities for our Technical Services clients.
Eric has over 16 years of staffing experience, including skilled production in a variety of industries. Eric’s specific areas of expertise include staffing for skilled and technical manufacturing in closely regulated environments & facilities.
Mary Pat Busher
As our Business Services Branch Manager and Director of Operations, Mary Pat provides oversight and guidance for all internal operations of Celerity, as well as our Business Services division. Under Mary Pat’s direction, our experienced operations staff focuses on client targeted recruiting, screening, testing and interviewing job applicants to meet our client’s staffing needs. Excellent service to both the client and candidate is priority, resulting in effective partnerships built on trust and integrity.
