Each applicant is given an in-depth personal interview to determine skills, attitude, employment history, expectations, availability and reliability. Each applicant undergoes a series of pre-employment tests to assure his/her skill level. We check references on all applicants to verify work history and conduct. Criminal-background checks, credit histories, and drug testing are implemented.

We provide pre-hire skill and safety assessments to ensure the employees understand the importance of a safe, healthy and productive environment. Each applicant views a videotape of Safety on the Workplace and is instructed on Safety Rules and Regulations. We also provide orientation necessary for employees to be successful in your own unique environment.
