NEW ORLEANS, La., JANUARY 30, 2015 — New Orleans-based technology and professional services company GCR Inc. (GCR) expanded on January 9, 2015 – acquiring Quest Information Systems (Quest) of Indianapolis, Indiana. Quest is a leading provider of government software solutions for voter registration, elections and campaign finance.
